Post Pregnancy Care
Once your baby is born they require a lot of energy and you and your partner will have quite a few broken nights sleep along the way! If you have eaten well and were reasonably fit and healthy before you had your baby you should be able to cope better.
However, it is never too late to look after yourself and an individual dietary programme once you have had a baby is an excellent way to help you to gently regain your figure, minimise your chances of having post natal depression, keep your energy levels high and ensure that, with the right nutrition from your diet, you are in the peak of health.
Also, if you choose to breast feed, an individual dietary programme will ensure that both you and your baby are receiving enough nutrients in your diet. Healthy eating by the Mother can also reduce the chances of colic, constipation, diarrhoea, eczema and nappy rash for the baby.
